For the past decade, Molly Sullivan has been assisting people with disabilities pursue wage and self-employment. She has worked in direct service and program management for non-profit agencies providing employment services; has specialized as a benefits planner providing assistance using Work Incentives; and has provided training and technical assistance to organizations on various employment topics. Over the years she has developed expertise in utilizing Work Incentives and supporting individuals pursuing self-employment.

Molly is the Griffin-Hammis point person for the Northwest, while also serving in a national outreach role through several projects and as a primary resource for START-UP-USA. She is headquartered in Portland, Oregon and provides training and technical assistance to individuals with disabilities, non-profit/for-profit organizations, and government agencies on various customized employment topics.
